Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns for products where you have simply changed your mind.
We may consider a change-of-mind return only if:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The item remains in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is in resalable condition.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:
- Return shipping costs paid by the customer.
- A restocking fee is applicable where applicable.
- Inspection upon receipt before any refund is issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A faulty product,
- A damaged item,
- An incorrect product,
- Or an item that does not match its description,
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable.
Upon review, we may offer:
- A replacement product.

Disposable Vape Devices
Disposable vape devices are manufactured products and may occasionally experience defects.
If your disposable device is:
- Dead on arrival,
- Not functioning upon first use,
- Or exhibits a manufacturing defect,
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Photos of the device.
- A short video demonstrating the issue.
- Batch or serial numbers were available.
Devices that have been fully or substantially used may not qualify for replacement or refund unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- iGetVapes Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to the address supplied by the customer.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels need to be redirected or reshipped.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, we will assist by:
- Tracking the shipment.
- Contacting the courier where necessary.
- Helping initiate investigations when appropriate.
Lost shipment claims may require confirmation from the courier before any replacement or refund is issued.
Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items generally cannot be returned:
- Opened disposable vape devices.
- Opened e-liquid products.
- Used coils.
- Used pods.
- Opened accessories.
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, modification, or accidental damage.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing.
- Additional time depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. sales@igetvapes.shop
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact support.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
